The owners of the Anaheim Ducks are adjusting plans for a $4 billion retail village in Anaheim, swapping some office space for 750 homes in the project surrounding the Honda Center.
The OCVibe project, led by the Samuelis, received approval in 2022 to create a lifestyle center similar to L.A. Live, featuring residential units, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets.
H&S Ventures, owned by Henry and Susan Samueli, are contemplating converting the Arena Corporate Center into residential units, potentially eliminating a planned outdoor amphitheater in favor of a park.
