To celebrate its 70th anniversary, El Torito is offering special promotions including $3 tacos and $7 Cadillac Margaritas, marking the iconic brand's long-standing history in the industry.
Founded by WWII pilot Larry Cano in 1954, the first El Torito restaurant opened in Encino, quickly becoming known for its table-side guacamole and blended margaritas.
As part of the anniversary celebration on Oct. 10, customers will be able to enjoy an all-day happy hour, special pricing on food and drinks, plus scratcher tickets for additional prizes.
El Torito's parent company, Xperience Restaurant Group, operates other Mexican-themed restaurant brands, indicating the chain's significant presence in the Southern California dining scene.
