The Michelin-awarded restaurant Din Tai Fung from Taiwan will open this summer at Downtown Disney, offering its legendary Shanghai-style soup dumplings, known for dribbling down your chin.
Din Tai Fung's growing portfolio includes new locations at Aria in Las Vegas and South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, along with existing restaurants in Southern California, Oregon, Washington, and several international locations.
The Orange County Register named Din Tai Fung to its annual list of the 75 Best Places to Eat in Orange County, praising the chain's famous xiao long bao soup dumplings as 'still the ones to beat.'
Despite not taking reservations, the long wait at Din Tai Fung is deemed worthwhile, as the experience will 'undoubtedly test the limits of your hunger and patience,' according to the Register.
