Danbi, which means 'sweet rain' in Korean, is the latest upscale addition to Koreatown. Chef Lareine Ko, with experience from Sushi Yuen, orchestrates a concise menu of eight main dishes at Danbi.
The menu at Danbi features dishes like pork broth soup, yukhoe with bone marrow, uni bibimbap, and a scallop pancake for sharing, all emphasizing simplicity and flavor inspired by classic Taiwanese and Hong Kong cafes.
