San & Wolves, a beloved vegan Filipino bakery, is establishing a permanent location in Long Beach starting February 6. Estrada's journey was fueled by the growing community interest, especially after moving to Long Beach. After realizing the demand from eager customers, they decided to open a physical store, providing freshly baked goods like pandesal and ube buns using vegan ingredients. The bakery vows to continue its commitment to dairy-free and egg-free recipes, ensuring accessibility for all.
