The Kings Arms in Orsett has been recognized as one of six pubs in the UK to receive a prestigious award from Star Pubs, a subsidiary of Heineken, out of a pool of 2,400. Managed by mother-daughter duo Vicki and Jade Gracie since October 2023, after a £160,000 refurbishment, the pub aims to serve as a community hub. They have organized various events and garnered recognition for creating a safe and welcoming environment, also being finalists in the upcoming Great British Pub Awards.
