After a challenging journey to settle back rent of £99,000 demanded by landlords post-Covid, The Harrison Pub near King's Cross has successfully raised £20,000 through crowdfunding, ensuring its survival.
The Harrison's crowdfunding campaign drew nearly 600 donations. Paul Michelmore expressed relief and anxiety, stating, 'It's been a weird feeling ... we are talking about the future for the first time in four and a half years.'
