The Nike Air Max 1 '86 Jackie Robinson is going to be sold via the SNKRS app and at select retailers on Monday, taking inspiration from the Brooklyn Dodgers uniform.
In 2021, a Jackie Robinson Day version of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 was available, and in 2022, a commemorative colorway of the Dunk Low was released on the day of the All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium.
Manager Dave Roberts initiated a tradition in 2021 for the Dodgers to gather around the Jackie Robinson statue to reflect on his impact, accompanied by the Chicago Cubs.
