The outfielder agreed to a one-year, $23.5 million contract with the Dodgers, The Post's Joel Sherman confirmed Sunday night.
Hernandez will receive $1 million if he wins the Silver Slugger and incentives ranging from $500,000 to $3 million depending on where he could finish in MVP voting.
