As a team, I don't think we're hitting the fastball really well right now ... It's just a part of baseball. It's still a really good group, a really good lineup. It's just one of those runs where we're not really clicking, not getting hits in scoring position. It's just a long season, it's one of those runs, it's a really good flip. We know it's gonna flip, we just got to make it happen.
Even with these troubles, Lux believes the team will turn their performance around soon enough. This belief has been echoed by teammate Freddie Freeman, who also referred to this slump as part of the game and such a long season.
