The Los Angeles Dodgers' Low-A affiliate Rancho Cucamonga Quakes announced their coaching staff for the 2023 season, led by manager John Shoemaker for the third consecutive year.Originally selected by the Dodgers in the 35th round of the 1977 MLB Draft, Shoemaker returns to lead the Quakes after delivering a 135-117 record at the helm across the last two seasons, including a division-best 67-53 record in 2021.
