Mann, who turns 28 next month, started a career-high 71 games last season and averaged 8.8 points to go with 3.4 rebounds.
After George's departure in free agency, the Clippers wanted to get younger and lean more on competitive and defensive-minded players like Mann and Derrick Jones Jr.
The Clippers still could look to be opportunistic on the trade market down the road. Mann's deal is immediately eligible to be traded, sources told ESPN's Tim Bontemps.
