Apple has introduced new replacement ear cushions for the AirPods Max in five vibrant colors—blue, orange, purple, midnight, and starlight—available for $69.
The original Lightning version of the AirPods Max seems to be discontinued, as Apple now only lists the new USB-C model, scheduled for preorders.
If you are not ready to switch to the USB-C version, the new colored ear cushions provide a refreshing customization option for existing AirPods Max users.
These replacement cushions will still be fully compatible with the original AirPods Max headphones, allowing users to refresh their look without upgrading.
