Roughly two weeks after it was hit with a ransomware attack, Patelco Credit Union informed customers that most functions would be operational by Monday, with online banking being a top priority.
Functions like online and mobile app banking, Zelle, debit/credit card payments, direct deposit were restored; a hotline set up to assist with issues like fees, late payments.
