The video highlights his engineering background and innovative ideas. Allen, now 31, is in federal custody for allegedly firing shots outside the White House Correspondents' Dinner. He graduated from Caltech in 2017 and later earned a master's degree in computer science. Minutes before the incident, he sent writings criticizing the federal government while armed with a shotgun and handgun.
