CUNY Beyond is a systemwide initiative designed to improve career exploration and outcomes for students at the City University of New York. The program recruits professors as career success fellows to integrate career skills into the curriculum and foster employer relationships. Early results show that students participating in paid internships are significantly more likely to secure jobs upon graduation. Internship applications have also increased notably at participating colleges, indicating a growing engagement with career-connected learning.
