Since Roe v Wade was overturned, 14 states have passed near-total abortion bans. Ten of those states, including Texas, have no exceptions for survivors of rape or incest.
States banning abortions provide no carve-outs for minors. Many impose burdens like parental consent laws. Obtaining abortions out of state adds financial and logistical challenges, disproportionately affecting minors.
