Grimmway Farms has recalled multiple sizes and brands of its bagged organic baby and whole carrots, available for purchase from August through October 2024.
Symptoms of E. coli infection can include diarrhea and severe stomach cramps, with medical attention necessary for symptoms lasting over two days.
E. coli outbreaks typically have a latency of about four days post-consumption, and while most recover without treatment, complications can be severe.
