The surprising history of the Abba logo
Briefly

Founded in Stockholm in 1972, ABBA is a four-piece supergroup comprising Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. The group first performed and recorded under a moniker that was a combination of their names, which later evolved into the abbreviation Abba.
In 1975, the release of Honey Honey was the first use of the mirrored 'B' in the Abba logo, which transformed their palindrome name into an ambigram, symbolizing a key moment in their brand's identity development.
