Samsung is planning to replace the AMD co-developed Xclipse GPU with an in-house solution for upcoming Exynos chips, starting with the Exynos 2600 in 2026.
The Exynos 2500 will still feature AMD's RDNA architecture, but this might be the last chip in the lineup with an AMD-based GPU as Samsung shifts towards developing its own GPU designs.
Rumors about Samsung's own GPU design have been circulating for some time, indicating that the company is not entirely satisfied with its collaboration with AMD on GPUs.
