Redmi held a big launch event in China today where we got the new Redmi K70 series smartphones alongside two new smart wearables - the Redmi Watch 4 and Redmi Buds 5 Pro wireless earbuds.
Redmi Watch 4 features a 1.96-inch AMOLED screen with 390 x 450px resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The panel is rated at up to 600 nits of peak brightness and supports Always-On display functionality. This is the first Redmi Watch to get an aluminum alloy casing and is also 5ATM waterproof.
Redmi Buds 5 Pro come with a traditional in-ear design and offer dynamic drivers with 10mm ceramic-coated tweeters and 11mm titanium-plated woofers. The buds support LHDC 5.0 Hi-Res audio streaming and offer active noise cancelation which is advertised to drown out up to 52dB.
