A two-time Tour de France champion has been rushed to hospital after a mass pile up at the Tour of the Basque Country bike race on Thursday.
A dozen riders were involved in the crash, including Danish Tour de France-winner Jonas Vingegaard, Slovenian cyclist Primoz Roglic and Belgian Remco Evenepoel.
