Hamas said it was studying a new ceasefire proposal in the war with Israel in Gaza after Qatar said that efforts to broker a new ceasefire had made good progress.

Israeli undercover agents, some disguised as medical staff, raided a West Bank hospital and shot dead three Palestinian militants, the Israeli police and military said. Israel destroyed some Hamas tunnels in Gaza by flooding them, the military said.
