He previously served about six years as vice president of marketing and public relations and earlier led corporate relations and communications covering shareholder, government, philanthropy and internal communications. Richardson began at White Castle in 1998 as a regional marketing supervisor. White Castle has expanded into new locations and introduced a "Castle of Tomorrow" prototype with design upgrades and new technologies including Flippy and drive-thru AI.
