Taco Bell is launching the Luxe Value Menu with 10 items priced at $3 or less. Rewards members get early access via the Taco Bell app, drive-thru check-in, or in-store kiosk starting January 16, and the menu is available to all customers beginning January 22. On January 27 at 5 p.m. ET, 30,000 Rewards members can claim a new menu item for $1 via the app on a first-come, first-served basis. The menu combines five new items (including Mini Taco Salad and Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker) with five returning Cravings Value Menu items, and includes a limited-time Salted Caramel Churros.
