Moore brings over two decades of hospitality experience and worked at renowned establishments nationwide before joining NoHo Hospitality Group in New York City in 2013. She managed operational strategy and private events for The Greenwich Hotel and Locanda Verde. Moore relocated to Detroit in 2018 to spearhead events and catering for the Shinola Hotel opening and helped the hotel earn Detroit's first MICHELIN Key. Moore will collaborate with Executive Chef Cory Barberio to ensure distinct yet cohesive dining experiences across venues.
