Saratoga's Michelin-starred Plumed Horse honors legacy of Jacques Pepin
"The Plumed Horse in Saratoga Village is hosting a tribute dinner in honor of French chef and author Jacques Pépin on Nov. 14. Pépin is known for launching several award-winning restaurants in France and the U.S. and for writing several cookbooks as a celebrity chef. Chef Peter Armellino leads The Plumed Horse in earning and maintaining its Michelin star every year. He will be working with guest chef Jared Gallagher, who has trained in restaurants in Paris and London and earned his own Michelin stars."
"They will host a reception with champagne and seasonal hors d'oeuvres before moving onto a five-course dinner with wine pairings that pay homage to Pépin's influence on the culinary world.
