Jeanine Hays and Bryan Mason, who developed a partnership rooted in their shared passion for African Diaspora culture, launched AphroChic to explore Black history creatively. With backgrounds in social justice and philosophy, they offer a range of services including design consultations and a wedding registry. Their new venture, AphroChic Home, celebrates Black design heritage, showcasing influences from historical artisans to modern architects. Through their various initiatives, the couple fosters community and creativity among Black communities around the world.
AphroChic becomes the first global platform dedicated to the exploration, edification, cultivation, and self-expression for Black communities worldwide, forming a unique cultural narrative.
The launch of AphroChic Home seeks to honor the legacy of Black design, tracing influences from enslaved artisans to 20th-century architects who shaped our built environment.
