Breads are sold at the Mountain Farmer's Market on Summit Road on Fridays and through custom orders with arranged pick-up times. Social media videos and behind-the-scenes posts on Instagram have attracted more than 21,000 followers. Popular items include chocolate chip cookies using sourdough scraps, Cinnamon Raisin and White Cheddar Jalapeño sourdoughs. Plans are underway to open a brick-and-mortar shop in Saratoga.
