Briefly

Cadbury has unveiled the world's largest Creme Egg, measuring as tall as a USPS mailbox and weighing about 100 pounds. This impressive confection is on display at Cadbury World in Birmingham, England. Chocolatier Dawn Jenks explained the creation process which involves making two halves of the egg, hand-piping the fondant filling, and combining it to form the finished product. Jenks emphasizes the significance of having the secret recipe for the fondant, distinguishing Cadbury's creation from similar claims by others.
