Dominique Crenn will open Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn on the third floor of Dior's new Beverly Hills flagship this fall. The restaurant will seat 105 across indoor and outdoor spaces, with a lounge, bar, and main dining room serving lunch and dinner. Menu items will draw inspiration from Dior garments, including tuna tartare with purple yam chips and crème fraîche, black truffle agnolotti, guinea hen with maitake mushrooms, and rib-eye cap with cauliflower purée. Desserts include coconut cream with raspberries and pistachio and devil's food cake. Architect Peter Marino designed the space, reflecting Dior's ornate style.
