The 2026 Guide to Great Britain and Ireland launch took place in Ireland for the first time since 1974. Michelin Stars, Green Stars and Bib Gourmands were awarded to restaurants across Britain and Ireland. Angelo Vagiotis's The Pullman earned a first-time Michelin Star for its converted Orient Express carriage setting and dishes featuring Irish produce such as wild turbot with Oscietra caviar. Forest Avenue in Dublin 4 received its first Michelin Star, accepted by John Wyer. Barbara Nealon of St Francis Provisions won the Michelin Service Award. Several Dublin and Waterford venues received Big Gourmands for value.
