Hardee's is reopening dozens of restaurants: See a list of closed locations that are back in business

Hardee's is reopening restaurants in Georgia, South Carolina, and Missouri after a legal dispute with franchisee ARC Burger led to numerous closures. The company has confirmed the reopening of 15 locations, with plans to take over more than 40 previously closed stores. Hardee's aims to resume operations in neighborhoods where these restaurants were vital. The brand is also considering reopening additional shuttered locations, either as franchised or corporate-owned. Hardee's is owned by CKE Restaurants Holdings, which does not typically disclose financial data.
