The ground floor will be the new permanent home of the nomadic Earl of Sandwich fast-casual restaurant, opening this winter. The rooftop indoor-outdoor gastropub will be inspired by London's Carnaby Street during the Swinging '60s and will feature psychedelic concert posters, 1960s British Invasion tributes and live music on select evenings. The Carnaby menu will offer Ramsay takes on Beef Wellington, Fish and Chips and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Ramsay is a Scottish-born TV chef with dozens of restaurants worldwide.
