First-ever dual Applebee's and IHOP restaurant to debut in New York this month

Doherty Enterprises announced the opening of a dual-brand Applebee's/IHOP restaurant in Hawthorne, New York on March 18. This first-of-its-kind partnership in New York combines two iconic fast-casual brands in one location at 18 Saw Mill River Road. The concept features both complete menus served from a shared kitchen and staff, allowing customers to order from either brand simultaneously. Guests can enjoy IHOP's breakfast items and pancakes alongside Applebee's burgers, wings, and dinner options at any time of day. The modernized space includes redesigned dining areas reflecting both brands' atmospheres, providing customers choice and convenience in a single location.
