The company also proposed a restaurant in Minotti Crossings Plaza on Jefferson Road in Henrietta, about five miles outside Rochester. Henrietta approved a special permit for a 3,031-square-foot sit-down restaurant with drive-thru, takeout and outdoor seating; it would be the first Raising Cane's in Upstate New York and its 14th in the state. The Amherst property is under contract with construction likely beginning in 2027. Raising Cane's operates over 900 U.S. locations, added hundreds of locations in 2024–2025, and reported $5.1 billion in sales.
