The restaurant is not operated by the casino, and the third-party operator did not respond to inquiries. Aloha Specialties opened in 1980 as Las Vegas' first beef jerky store and is known for teriyaki plates, rice bowls and Chicken Tou Saimin. The restaurant received a C rating in 2016 and an A rating in 2025 following a 2016 renovation.
