He will oversee an extensive culinary portfolio of more than 40 restaurants, bars, and lounges and lead the resort's dining evolution. His responsibilities include guiding Michelin-starred concepts such as Fish by José Andrés, Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, Paranza by Michael White, FIELDTRIP by JJ Johnson, and several Bahamian-led establishments. Born in France, Agnese brings over 40 years of culinary expertise and more than 25 years in international leadership across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Previous roles include leadership at Atlantis The Palm Dubai, City of Dreams Manila, Capella Hotels & Resorts, and senior positions with Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Peninsula, and others.
