Holdfast in Allston plans a November 2025 opening at 164 Brighton Ave., offering lobster rolls and crudo from owners Nathan Gould and Tyler Paolini. A hand-pulled noodle eatery opened a Seaport second location in October 2025, featuring Shanghai shrimp noodles in scallion soy sauce and spicy beef rib chili oil noodles. Posto, an award-winning pizzeria known for red and white wood-fired pizzas, will replace Burro Bar in the South End with a December 2025 opening. Chef Erin Miller's farm-to-table restaurant is moving to a larger Cambridge space in early 2026.
