Greater Boston's dining scene will see numerous restaurant openings through late 2025 and early 2026 across the metro area. A second restaurant from the Comfort Kitchen team, Ama, will open inside the Atlas Hotel in Allston with 180 seats and a rooftop bar planned later; many dishes will draw inspiration from staff family members. Bow Market will gain a bakery selling cakes, cookies, and a signature queen puff with a daily “puff lineup” including flavors like chocolate-vanilla and raspberry-violet. Curio Coffee served its last espresso on Dec. 21 and will reopen under new local owners as Call Me Honey, with a menu still forthcoming.
