"In particular, people who have been through difficult times and feel stuck and feel like, you know, they're not moving forward as much as other people. And, it's finding empathy in that for yourself, and realizing that, like, the healing process takes a long time," Naomi Ackie (Lydie) shared.
"There are so many fantastic directors who are women, directors who are queer, directors who are non-binary and trans. And, I think, find them and like, hold each other because that's what I do with my friends. I have filmmaker friends and I keep a close circle of like queer and friendly filmmakers who keep me going when it feels lonely," Eva Victor stated.
