Lionsgate is preparing Orphan 3, a sequel to its original movie. Isabelle Fuhrman returns as the titular character, now made to appear like a child again.

The challenge remains how they will convincingly make Fuhrman look like a child again, especially after her appearance in the previous films as an adult.
After the suspension of disbelief needed for the original Orphan film, the sequel required even more, as Fuhrman aged from child to adult.
