In the lead-up to the general election, which saw the Conservatives voted out of power after fourteen years, Holt toured a popular show called 'That's Politainment!'.
Her recent book, 'Why We Were Right,' was written to celebrate the last 14 years of Conservative government and explain why the so called 'scandals' or 'controversial' decisions were completely right.
