The Diesel Fall/Winter 2025 runway show reimagined traditional fashion presentations by transforming the catwalk into an inflatable art installation featuring over three kilometers of hand-painted fabric from more than 7,000 graffiti artists. Creative director Glenn Martens emphasized the collaborative nature of this project, showcasing a 'true democracy of Diesel,' as artists from various countries contributed to the design. Additionally, a giant inflatable doll from a previous collection served as a canvas for graffiti, symbolizing the evolution of the brand and further bridging the gap between fashion and street culture.
...the true democracy of Diesel was on display.
...the colossal inflatable doll...was resurrected and reimagined as a canvas for the graffiti artists' work.
...the fabric was covered with spray-painted signatures...each a personal contribution to the whole.
...the set invites spectators into a chaotic dialogue between fashion and street culture.
