The injury occurred when Camavinga twisted his knee after catching his studs in the ground, leading to a collision with teammate Aurelien Tchouameni.
Scan results indicated a sprained collateral ligament in Camavinga's left knee, with the club estimating he will be out for up to seven weeks.
Despite the setback, Camavinga played a crucial role in Real Madrid's previous successful season, appearing in 46 matches during their La Liga and Champions League victories.
