Dynamo send Carrasquilla to Pumas in record deal
Briefly

Carrasquilla made a name for himself as a well-rounded midfielder that helped the Dynamo clinch a 2023 U.S. Open Cup title and reach the MLS Western Conference final.
Pat Onstad, Dynamo president, reflected on Carrasquilla's journey with the club, stating that they respect his desire for a new challenge and commend his dedication.
With Pumas, Carrasquilla will be tasked with filling the playmaking shoes of the recent departure, CésAR 'Chino' Huerta, who moved to Belgium's Anderlecht.
Having scored 11 goals in 116 appearances for Houston, Carrasquilla now aims to revive Pumas, a club that has not secured a league title since 2011.
