It's a happy bakery, but its set up and how I got into baking came from times of difficulty. When I started, I was baking in my kitchen for months before we got our premises in 2021 and customers were picking up from my house.
They feel they know me. They see us as people. There can be highs but sometimes lows, and if we ever get negative comments online, they are very protective. They have stuck with me. It is a community business.
