Quick Shakshuka With Yogurt

Place coriander and cumin seeds on cutting board, crush with skillet. Combine with garlic, shallots, oil in skillet, cook until fragrant. Strain mixture, reserve oil.
Add chopped garlic, shallot to reserved oil in skillet, cook until golden. Add red peppers, crushed tomatoes. Cook until thickened.
