Women at the Helm: 7 Estonian startup and scaleups thriving under female leadership - Silicon Canals

In 2020, women made up 10 per cent of startup founders in Estonia. By 2023, this figure had risen to 17 per cent, 2 per cent higher than the European average.

The highest concentration of female startup founders in Estonia lies in the health industry, with 30 per cent of startup founders being women, followed by education technology at 24 per cent and communication services at 21 per cent.
