Video. European Hyperloop successfully completes first test launch
Briefly

Europe's Hyperloop center achieved a significant milestone by successfully testing key technologies for high-speed travel, bringing the possibility of inter-city travel at over 700 km/h closer.
The test showcased magnetic levitation and propulsion technologies, although the actual speed was limited to 30 km/h over a 90-metre distance instead of the expected top speeds.
Hyperloop, initially proposed by Elon Musk in 2013, aims to be a high-speed transport system using capsules within low-pressure tubes to minimize costs and energy.
Industry officials celebrated the breakthrough that would eventually lead to 100 km/h trials and potentially enable travel speeds surpassing 700 km/h across European cities.
